Our need for medical transportation has increased greatly - so to better accommodate you the Department of Aging has established a new policy when transporting for medical appointments. The following are the latest times we will be accepting appointments for certain locations. Please consider these times when you are scheduling, then give us a 24 hour notice.
Our drivers will be prompt in picking you up for such appointments and will have a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes so try and be ready when your driver arrives. We appreciate your cooperation and hope this will help us in providing the best and most efficient service. Thanks you.
